Available in a 55in,65in and 77in displays this is the ultimate OLED TV as of now. The picture quality is the highest rated 4k television on the market but compared to last year’s model it has slightly been improved. the C9 panel has the same basic characteristics, including light output and color gamut, of previous years, so the main upgrade is in the processor. Looks-wise this is on par with all LG displays. LG has some of the best designs in the world and this display is gorgeous. The 4 HDMI ports are HDMI 2.1 which supports 4k at 120 Hz. This allows more information to pass threw because it can handle information at faster speeds. Another connection standard is also supported with (QMS) Quick Media Switching adjusts the TV’s resolution and frame rate to match whatever content you’re putting on screen. QMS eliminates this buffering step, making it all the more seamless to enjoy all media sources on your TV by auto-adjusting. Looking from the side of the television it is very thin for the most part. It is about a quarter of an inch deep, but at the bottom extends out 1.75in more to hold things such as the power supply, inputs, speakers, etc. The frame of the monitor is minimalist, half-inch and not even an LG logo is present. The weight of the monitor is geared towards the rear which I believe may be designed to minimize tipping forward.

Software

LG’s web OS feels fine when navigating through it, but it’s unchanged from last year which is a disappointment because I would love to have newer innovative apps that aren’t found on this OS. I have an easy fix with this complaint though because you can easily get an external streamer.

Remote

If you have the previous version of this you will be familiar with the remote as it hasn’t been changed. You have two assistance to choose between which is Goggle Assistant and Amazons Alexa. It is equipped with motion controls so you can move the remote around to get it to do certain actions.
